• Sept. 1998 : Requested to make sisterhood relationship with a city in Vietnam (Businessmen in Local Community)
• Jan. 1999 : Bungtau decided as the subject city of exchange
• Aug. 1999 : Friendship Exchange Agreement executed (with Bungtau city)
• Dec. 1999 : Approved on Sisterhood relationship with Bungtau (the Ministry of Administration Affairs)
• Aug. 29, 2000 : Sisterhood relationship Agreement executed between two cities (Bungtau)
• Jan. 2001 : Gyeongin Women's College visited Bungtau to implement volunteer activity(1st)
• May 2001 : Visited Bungtau industrial complex for businessman exchange and market promotion.
• Jun. 2001 : Gyeongin Women's College visited Bungtau to implement volunteer activity(2nd)

    • * Shaped in a small peninsula where approx. 20km consists of coastal area.
