This tomb is located at San 2, Jakjeon-dong, where Lee Yi is buried. He is the 6th son of Euiseong-gun Lee Chae and simultaneously the grandson of Hyoryong daegun who is the second son of King Taejong of Chosun Dynasty. Born in the 2nd year of King Danjong's reign (1454), he was appointed as Jeongeuidaebu Yeongshin-gum for his meritorious services exerted as one of the royal family members for nation and family clan, and died when he was 73 years old in the 21st year of King Jungjong's reign (1526). The graveyard was built in the name of Yeongshin Park, where approx. 10 family members are buried together. Tomb of his eldest son Myeongwon- gun is located in Jangheung-myeon Yangju-gun Gyeonggi-do separately, but the tomb of the second son Hamwon-gun is located here. Hamwon-gun was good at Gyeonghak with honesty and integrity. He also suggested the King Chipyeongjido (Way of governing so as to secure peace). When he died, King Myeongjong sent liquor and memorial letter through his secretary Hong Dae- hyeop. As tomb steles and stone statues are placed around each tomb in this graveyard, which provides valuable data for the research of shrine ceremony, ancestor-memorial service of the royal family of Chosun Dynasty and arts/craftworks as well.
