Located in the garden of Dohobu (County) Hall in Bupyeong Elementary School. Originally it was built in the east direction but is deemed to have been repaired in the 24th year of King Gohjong's reign (1887) and moved to the current place. This lake is 16 meters from east to west, 18 meters from north to south in rectangular type built with long pedestal stones, where a stone engraved with 'Yogeunjigwangsuhjeonghae' is put into the embankment in the east, which was repaired by Jeong Byeong-ha, Mayor of Bupyeong in the 24th year of King Gohjong's reign(1887). It is reported that the King Injo washed his hands at this lake after archery practice during his visit to Bupyeong Dohobu on the way to Kimpo Jangneung, the tomb of his real father Wonjong. It is also reported that the King Injo visited this place in advance secretly for the purpose to move his father's tomb. However, there is no official record that he visited Bupyeong.
