There is a long pedestal stone engraved with 'Eosadaegwangsuhjeonghaejungsu' in the center which is placed on the stone embankment beside Yogeunji. It is reported a bower stood here, but a stone is left only that indicates it was repaired in the 24th year of King Gohjong's reign(1887). King Injo is reported to had archery practice here but according to the record, rather than Injo, the King who visited here is deemed to be King Jeongjo. King Jeongjo who was dutiful to his parents and partial to archery is reported to have passed by Bupyeong on the way to the tomb of his father Sadoseja, Won (presently Eungneung) through Jangneung Kimpo in the 21st year(997) of his reign when he is reported to have practiced archery when he relaxed after lunch. Nowadays, King Jeongjo's royal carriage accompanied by subjects is simulated through Gyeyang-san festival held on and around the Gu-Citizens' Day every year.
